We had a lot of fun! The party was fun being able to see all the family that was able to come to celebrate. Sydney had a lot of fun being able to see and play with all her cousins that she doesn't get to see very often. After the party, we went to check into our hotel, which we had a perfect view of the Boise temple and headed out to dinner with my sister-in-law and her kiddos at Red Robin. Yummy!! It's so nice to go to Boise and eat at a good restaurant that we don't have here. When we got back to the hotel, we immediately got ready and headed to the pool. Sydney had been so excited to go swimming and she was anxious to get in! We bought Hannah a swim suit, but unfortunately, the pool was cold. So she just sat there and looked adorable in her little suit!!
The next morning, we had breakfast, got packed up and headed to the mall for some shopping!! It's also nice to go to the "big city" and go shopping at all the good stores we don't have here. First stop, Build-a-Bear! Sydney asked like 9 or so months ago if she could go to Build-a-Bear and we told her that she could go for her next birthday, which would be her 5 year. She never forgot about that. So we decided to take her while we were on this little trip since we wouldn't be in Boise anytime soon. When we got there, they weren't open, so Sydney and her cousin, Emily, stood in front of the gate and squealed and pointed at everything they wanted to look at! Oh the anticipation for them to open!!!
After we were done there, we ate lunch and headed home. I could have stayed another night, but Adam had to work later on this night. I felt bad him having to go in because since he is on night shift, he didn't sleep well and then went to work super tired. I'm glad we were all able to go and have a wonderful time!!
Later on this night, I was doing something and came out to see that Sydney had dressed Hannah up in her little Build-a-Bear outfit. Haha! It was pretty funny! Hannah didn't think so and at first, she was fast asleep.
